A’Leah N. Burrell

Operations Manager/FSO

Ms. A’Leah N. Burrell serves as the Operations Manager and FSO for ICP Systems. Though her primary responsibilities are Human Resources and Industrial Security, Ms. Burrell also works directly with the COO to create and implement corporate initiatives. Her duties include personnel management, employee relations and morale, corporate administration, and providing day-to-day security administration and coordination. Ms. Burrell is responsible for administering and executing a strong security program in compliance with the NISPOM, and associated corporate and government policies and directives.

Ms. Burrell is a Columbia Southern University student, pursuing her B.S. in Homeland Security. Close
